Our homes range in size from 912-2762 sq. ft. and can be built on a crawl space or basement foundation. Prices range from $89,500-$300,000. You can choose from vinyl, brick, stone, or cement fiberboard for your exterior finish... or combine several...the choice is yours! This is just one of the many decisions that you control. Our Home Building Process gives you this opportunity to personalize your home before the building plan is finalized to avoid the need for changes later that might slow construction or cost you extra money. It also encourages frequent communication to assure that you stay informed throughout each stage of the construction process. Our goal is for your building experience to be a positive experience 100% of the time.
At the same time, since we are a custom home builder, we accept the challenge to handle all phases of the home building process...from obtaining all required permits, surveys, and inspections...to securing the final Occupancy Permit.
